  TSIo = composite based on original instrument data
  TSIc = composite based on Fröhlich-corrected data (PMOD-style corrections)

Role in this project:
  Interim stand-in for the PMOD composite.  The official PMOD daily file is
  only available via FTP (ftp.pmodwrc.ch), which is unreachable from the
  current build environment.  TSIc in this file applies the same Fröhlich
  corrections used in the PMOD composite and covers the same historical
  period (1978–2015).  When the canonical PMOD file becomes available it
  should replace or supplement this panel.
